We have done everything possible to make sure the descriptions & photos accurately represent each product.
However, because each item is handmade, your purchase may vary slightly from the photo.
PLACING AN ORDER
Please use our secure online shopping cart to place your order. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button to add an
item to your order. You have the option to either check out or continue shopping. When you have finished shopping,
click on the "Check Out" link and follow the simple directions. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order,
please contact us. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. If you have any questions
be sure to contact us before placing your order.
SALES TAX: Tennessee Residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a secure way to pay with your credit card or your bank
account over the internet. It is a free service for you to use. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to use
their service.
We also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and even Personal Checks. Simply choose this method of payment during
checkout. Orders paid by Personal Check will not ship until check clears. Clearing time can take up to 10 business days,
depending on your bank. Orders paid by Money Order or Cashiers Check will ship right away.

***ALL CHECK ORDERS: We need to receive your check within 10 days of order being placed or we will cancel and return
merchandise back to inventory.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
All products are shipped within the US using USPS and UPS. We are NOT responsible for damage done in shipment. We pack
very well, and ususally do not have any problems. Once it leaves here it is USPS responsibility to get it to you safely.
If something happens to your package once it leaves here, we are not responsible. We recommend that you purchase
insurance. Insurance is extra and is up to the buyer to add. Value of items will be used for insurance amount. If you
choose not to purchase any insurance please know that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If your package
is lost or damaged we will provide you with the documents needed to file your claim. It will be the buyer's
responsibility to file the claim, not the Seller's. Many Thanks for your cooperation. Any Questions or comments please

We do not accept returns or offer refunds of broken items if insurance is not added. If insurance is chosen and damage
is done, we will work with you to the best of our abilities to help you solve the problem. Money should be refunded
back to you from the post office if damage is done. If a claim for damage is filed we will provide you with the
original label receipt. MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FROM Tennessee Crafters FOR DAMAGES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT
REFUNDABLE EITHER.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and experience with us. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 10 business days for a full
refund. Refunds will not be issued until product has been received. Refunds do not include shipping or return shipping.
Those are the responsibility of the buyer. Products must be returned in their original condition. Please make sure that
you have properly packaged your product to prevent damage during shipment back to us. If the merchandise you return to
us arrives damaged, NO refund will be given. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must notify us by e-mail
prior to returning it. If you are pleased with your transaction, please tell a friend.
